Getting Started

Step 01

First of all use our Post Code Checker, on the Home page, to see if we deliver to your area and on which days. Currently we predominantly deliver to Greater London and Surrey, however we are constantly expanding our delivery areas, so if we do not deliver to your area please email us and we will let you know when we do.

If we do deliver then you are ready to go and you can start browsing the shop.

Step 02

We have laid out our products much as you would find them in the aisles of a supermarket, so it’s really easy to navigate your way around. A quick way of finding what you are after is to use our Search Box, which you’ll find on the top right hand side of the website.

Step 03

When you add something to your basket, you will be asked to ‘Sign Up, or ‘Sign Inif you are an existing customer. Once you have created an account you will be able to checkout and review your details, settings, and orders in the My Account section.

Step 04

 Once you have completed your order you can decide whether it is a one off order, or whether you would like to have it  weekly, fortnightly, or every month. To make it easier we have added a 'Change Everything To:' function at the bottom of the cart where you can do exactly that.

Step 05

We only take payment on the day of your delivery, and we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Delta. and American Express. We can only accept payment by cash or cheques by special arrangemnt, you will need to call or email us.

We use the latest industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption security. This SSL encryption prevents any third party from seeing  personal information that is passed between your computer and the Organic Delivery Company website. Our staff are at no time able to view your credit card details, these are encrypted and held with the leading payment gateway provider Sagepay.
