Pandoro: Our organic Pandoro is made by an old family bakery in the Veneto area of Italy. We don’t use additives, enzymes and processes normally allowed in non-organic Pandoro and many Italians prefer the slightly drier and more home- made taste of our product. They will often warm it up in the oven before serving.
